While we hope you love your new products, we realize making online purchases can be difficult. If you don’t love your new purchase, here are your options for a return!
You may return small décor items for a full refund of the merchandise total within two weeks (14 days) of delivery. You will need to ship the item back to us, and at that time we will inspect the item, and refund you in full.
Please e-mail us at info@lcdesigncoshoppe prior to sending your merchandise back for approval. If you choose to return an item, the return shipping if your responsibility and our initial shipping costs will be deducted from your total refund amount.
To return an item, the item MUST be in original packaging and in their original state to be eligible for a refund.
Sale/clearance items are final sale.
We DO NOT accept hardwired lighting returns including pendants and sconces due to the nature of the product and its components.
Restocking Fee: All returns of mid size items ( including tables lamps, poufs, ottomans, rugs, side tables) are subject to a 15% restocking fee and the original cost of shipping. A refund or store credit will be issued for the remaining amount. Return credits are issued within 24 hours once the item is received and inspected. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post back to your account.
Manufacturer defect or Damaged items
Defects and damages are subject to inspection and approval and need to be reported within the first 48 hours of receiving the item. IF you receive a defected or damaged item, please hold on to the packaging it came in and take photos of the packaging and damaged piece.
